It is predictable that people will move from Tokyo, whose population affected by the pandemic is still larger than other areas’, especially to the Tohoku region with less victims of the coronavirus.
High technology can make it possible for IT-related companies and foreign-based companies to move. Workers must have found it easier than they had expected to work online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The time has come when people can see the new working environment there.
The accessibility to Tokyo is one of the perks of living in Sendai. After the big earthquake hit this region in 2011, Sendai developed the leading-edge disaster prevention measures, which should attract many companies from overseas. Now that we have a chance to make Sendai a new hub of the international economy, we will start the new project.

Foreigners are defined here as “those who have residential qualifications of the professional or engineering field or have status of residence”.(starting with English speaking countries)
A. Foreigners give some advice from their point of view about houses (rental or their own), and living tips for other foreigners.
Our Plan:
1. Making websites in English having the information of houses available and video in it. Sightseeing locations, shopping areas, living tips etc. are shown by trained foreigners living in the neighborhood as influencers.
(That should be done, abiding by the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act.)
2. Organizing an on-line meeting to deal with a contact from overseas.
3. Getting a video-shooting studio equipped.
4. Making brochures and fliers in English.
5. Hiring foreigners on part-time bases.
B. Looking for houses, giving some information (virtually showing them if necessary), and help make a contract, and start their lives.
Our Plan:
1. Finding partners―― house owners, real estate agencies etc.
2. Responding to the requests from real estate agencies to deal with the cases for foreigners.
3. Exchanging information with Miyagi prefecture, the City of Sendai, and Sendai Tourism Association.
C. Getting houses or rooms renovated or refurbished for foreigners ※Suggestions are for house owners and potential tenants.
Our Plan:
1. Finding partners―― house owners, real state agencies etc.
2. Partnership with banks about mortgage.
今後は3密リスクが高い東京から地方への人的分散が予想され、新型コロナウイルス感染の被害が比較的少なかった東北に向けテレワークやオンラインを活用するIT企業や海外企業の移転もしくは分社化が始まります。特に仙台は東京へのアクセスが良く、東日本大震災後の各種防災対策が完備された東北の中核都市として多くの企業が注目する事は間違いないと思います。
当事務所は「国際都市仙台」に向けた新たな取り組みとして、下記の事業を立ち上げます。
『外国人の住まいや暮らしのコンサルティング業務』
ここでいう外国人とは「専門的・技術的分野の在留資格者」及び「身分又は地位に基づく在留資格者」を対象とします。（主に英語圏をスタートアップとする）
1. 外国人の視点で推奨する賃貸・分譲物件、生活情報の発信。
実施項目
①英語対応ホームページの作成及び物件紹介や動画の配信。
観光案内、商業施設や暮らしの情報発信、特に、既に定住している外国人を発信業務に起用し、主力のインフルエンサーとして育成する。
※但し、宅地建物業法に抵触しない範囲に限定する。
②海外からの問い合わせに対応するWebミーティングの体制づくり。
③動画配信用スタジオの整備（場所、環境、機材）。
④英語版パンフレットやフライヤーの作成。
⑤外国人スタッフの雇用。
2. 外国人が希望する物件調査や案内業務、契約・入居・生活のフォローなど。
実施項目
①参画して頂けるオーナーや不動産会社の開拓。
②不動産会社から要請された外国人対応の為の案内業務。
③宮城県、仙台市、仙台観光協会との情報交換。
3. 外国人が生活し易い住まいのリノベーション提案 ※オーナー及び入居者向け。
実施項目
①参画して頂けるオーナーや不動産会社の開拓。
②住宅ローンなど金融機関との連携。
